This beautiful couple wanted to have a Western-style wedding but wanted to make sure they included some elements of their Indian origins. Close friends and family traveled together to show their support for this long-time couple.
They chose a mix of pink, fuchsia and purple that contrasted the soft sand and really made the colors stand out. Dilshan was absolutely dapper in his duds and Dinithi’s dress was gorgeous.
The flower girl and ring bearer did excellent jobs and were so cute! The weather was perfect and the wedding was emotional and included readings from a few friends and family. They ended with a special Sand Ceremony that represented their newly combined lives and a kiss.
Photos on the beach were relaxed and their BBQ buffet Thai dinner was delicious – what Thai meal here isn’t?!
After dinner they cut their Wedding Cake and released Fire Balloons while being entertained by Fire Dancers – and a lot more photos. They danced until closing and surprised a friend with a Birthday Cake.
What is important to each couple getting married varies – but Dinithi and Dilshan did it just the way they wanted and even their guests commented on what a good time they were having.
